Description
When trying to run a hotfix package on the console machine, the popup error below occurs:
"Cannot execute hotfix operations"
"The directory name is invalid"

Cause
Either the Migration Manager program is still running, or there is some process preventing access to the Migration Manager components.

Resolution
Ensure Migration Manager is closed. If this doesn't help, reboot the console machine.
