Mail Source Agent reports "-2147219956 Unknown Error" and some items fail to be migrated. -
Description
The Mail Source Agent fails to process some items and the following error is reported in the log:
24.09.2008 14:43:17 CFolder::Synchronize Error -2147219956 Unknown Error. (Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store) File: 'aeMAPIFolder.cpp' Line: '530' -
Cause
- This error has been seen to be caused by source mail store corruption;
- This can also be caused by Anti Virus running on the agent's server

Resolution
- It is suggested that normal mail store maintenance operations such as ISINTEG are carried out against the source mail store. More information is contained in the following KB:
