How can I find out which MAgE instance is processing each certain mailbox or calendar collection -
Description
Support engineer asked me to send the MAgE.log file showing how one of the problem mailboxes is processed. How can I find this log file? -

Resolution
First, find out which MAgE is processing mailbox collection containing problem mailbox. To do that:
1) In MMEX Management Tree select mailbox collection.
2) Click on the Agent Manager button on the upper toolbar.
3) In the upper central part you'll see the name of the host server where MAgE is installed and running. In the bottom part you'll see the instance name along with the index (if not default).
For example, (UnifiedMailSync) in the bottom part means mailbox collection is processed by default MAgE instance and in this case its log can be found on the MAgE host server at \ProgramData\Quest Software\Migration Agent for Exchange\UnifiedMailSync\
UnifiedMailSync_1 in the bottom part means mailbox collection is processed by the first MAgE instance and in this case its log can be found on the MAgeE host server at \ProgramData\Quest Software\Migration Agent for Exchange\UnifiedMailSync\1\
Since there can be up to 10 mail MAgE instances installed on one host server, the logs can be located under subfolders 1-9 correspondingly.
