Description
When using the MAgE (Migration Agent for Exchange) to synchronize mailboxes or calendars the following error is displayed for the users mailbox.

Cause
This error is returned from EWS (Exchange Web Services) and the xml response between the MAgE and Exchange is being malformed.
In this case there was a F5 load balancer between the MAgE and the Exchange Server.

Resolution
To resolve this issue modify the host file or DNS records to point the name space to a CAS Server directly.
