This will happen if required MAPI CDO libraries are not installed on Exchange 2007 server.
From QMM Quick Start Guide:
"Downloading MAPI CDO
Migration Manager also requires Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and
Collaboration Data Objects (MAPI CDO) to be installed. Since the MAPI CDO
setup package is not available for distribution, you should download it from the Microsoft Web site at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=E17E7F31-079A-
43A9-BFF2-0A110307611E.
After you download the setup package, copy it to the
%ProgramFiles%\Quest Software\Migration Manager\Exchange Data
folder."
ExchangeMapiCdo.EXE package contains MAPI32.dll and CDO.dll Exchange client libraries required for successful agent's communication with Exchange 2007 server. When installing shared components on the server QMM is checking if ExchangeMapiCdo.EXE package is also installed. If not it's trying to install it from %ProgramFiles%\Quest Software\Migration Manager\Exchange Data folder on the console. If the package was not downloaded prior to that - information message pops up.
If the error "Error -2147467259 Unspecified error File: 'aeMAPIProfile.cpp' Line: '68' " still encountered even after the package has been downloaded and placed under %ProgramFiles%\Quest Software\Migration Manager\Exchange Data folder on the console, please install ExchangeMapiCdo.EXE manually on the target Exchange 2007 server.
