Migration Agent for Exchange (MAGE) shows the following error in the log file:

RESOLUTION 1:
Deleting target mailbox, recreating it with the Directory Synchronization Agent and resynchronizing with MAGE helps to resolve the issue.
RESOLUTION 2:
This error can also occur if the source Exchange Organization is set to use the Target service account instead of a service account that lives in the source. Check the Exchange server Properties under the Source Exchange Organization and ensure the proper source service account is set to be used.
RESOLUTION 3
Ensure Application Impersonation rights have been granted to both source and target service accounts.
To grant the required permission to the Migration Manager for Exchange service account (for example, LA\QMM_Trg_Ex), run the following cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell:
New-ManagementRoleAssignment -Role ApplicationImpersonation -User LA\QMM_Trg_Ex
