Title
Dirsync fails with "Common Error 0xe1000005. Internal DSA error" and never finishes -
Description
Initial sycnhronization does not complete and errors similar to the following are found in the dsa.log file:

Cause
This is caused by object pair duplicates in the ADAM database. One of the reasons for duplicate entries could be an additional ADAM instance and replication issues when an existing DSA agent is reconfigured to use the new ADAM.

Attached to this solution is a script to clear the ADAM database duplicate entries.

Script Usage
To install the script, unpack the solution from the archive to a computer running either Quest Migration Manager 7.x/8.x or DSA agent.Note: It is strongly recommended to process only once instance from the ADAM configuration set and then wait while the changes are replicated to other instances.To clear duplicate ADAM entries, take the following steps:
1. Back up ADAM data, as described in the Microsoft article, available at {http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/4469953d-32aa-4bb6-9440-81fb808979071033.mspx?mfr=true}.
2. Make sure the user account used to run the RemoveDuplicateADAMEntries.vbs script has ADAM Administrator rights.
3. Run the script in the following format:
cscript RemoveDuplicateADAMEntries.vbs ADAMServer ADAMPort ADAMPartition [/debug]Where:
* ADAMServer is the name of the ADAM Server
* ADAMPort is the port number used by the instance the script will process.
* ADAMPartition is the name of the project where the script will remove duplicate entries.
* /debug is an optional parameter that allows to keep the temporary database file dbQMMObjectPairs.mdb.
Usage example:cscript RemoveDuplicateADAMEntries.vbs QMMADAMServer 389 cn=QMMProject
