Incorrect 'Agent status' in RUM 8.4 when trying to remove an agent from a computer located behind (4351535)

When using RUM 8.4 and working with a Windows XP workstation that has its Windows Firewall enabled and exceptions are not allowed, if the RUM console operator attempts to remove a manually installed agent using the RUM console the console will fail and report an RPC error, and this is expected. But RUM will change the agent status to "Not installed", even if removing the agent failed.

Quest developers are aware of this issue and an official Change Request CR 62903 has been created for this issue, it will be resolved in next releases of QMM (RUM).
