DMA log reports the following:
Target object creation failed: The parameters passed to the cmdlet represent a managed account, which doesn't match the namespace state, which is federated.
Usually this happens because the target domain has been set up as federated.
As workaround create the domain as standard, not federated. Or try to disable (temporarily) Single Sign-on during migration.
The Convert-MsolDomainToStandard cmdlet converts the specified domain from single sign-on (identity federation) back to standard authentication.
Important! In most cases administrators don't need DMA to provision objects. It is recommended to do it with native MS DirSync and then use DMA, just to match users and set mail redirection.
