INTERNAL - Manager or Managed By attributes not being applied during a Intraforest Migration (4324576)

During an Intraforest migration if the Manager or Managed By attributes are populated with an object from the root domain, and the child domain object is migrated into the root, these values will not be applied and are left blank.

This is caused by the DSA logic as it relates to these fields.   The current logic for 8.0 and previous versions is to not resolve these attributes during this type of migration.   If the manager or managed by fields are populated with objects in the child, during a migration these will be populated in the root.

There is no resolution for this issue, other then possible custom development work such as a script etc.
