Resolution
When installing the Statistics Web Portal it is required to install IIS version 7.0 or later. The required components for the IIS:
1. WebServer
2. .Net Framework version 2.0
Also the installation and un-installation of the Statistics Web Portal does not affect the Migration Manager Console and the running jobs.
