Users and groups will not migrate regardless of what is tried with Migration Sessions or a full Resync. The DSA reports no errors or warnings indicating a problem. The Migration session completes and Sync will run with no issues. The log report will state the number of objects selected for migration accurately but that 0 have been migrated.
You may see log lines similar to the following:
"Objects not found. It is possible they were deleted or filtered out..."
DSA agent configuration settings may have been inadvertently reversed for the domains.
For example, the "preferredDC" set for a source domain, actually points to the target domain.
By the same logic, "Global Catalog" can be reversed causing the program to behave incorrectly.
Simply ensure the fully qualified urls provided for "preferredDC" and "GlobalCatalog", match the intended domain of source or target.
