Some groups are not being created on the target, and after reviewing the directory synchronization log file (dsa.log) the following is scene:
Renaming object: objectGUID=<GUID=49840A312868324B943026E10FCE2F33>, RDN=cn=User , PDN=<GUID=6174419ABFDA784EA462B0F1CCF77C38>
10/04/06 00:34:54 (GMT+03:00) Target JobID:2 -> object was not modified due to error
10/04/06 00:34:54 (GMT+03:00) Common JobID:2 -> LDAP error 0x50. Other (00002089: UpdErr: DSID-031B0C94, problem 5012 (DIR_ERROR), data 2
).
This is caused when a group object's name in the target OU conflicts with the name for a parent OU the DSA was trying to create.
To resolve this issue follow the instructions below:
1. In the Migration Manager Console, Right click on Synchronization below the domain pair to stop the DSA
2. Resolve the name conflict by using Active Directory Users and Computers, and rename the object named in the error on the source trying to be synchronized.
3. Right click on Synchronization and click start and re-sync to start a full re-sync of the DSA
