Not having the most Updated product hotfix applied
***Note this issue as well as resolution does not appear in release notes exactly as the customer has experienced.
To resolve this issue ensure that the customer is utilizing the latest Hotfix available for the product. In this scenario the customer was using Migration Manager for Active Directory 8.11 without the Hotfix AD 8.11 Hotfix (Update_20151005)

After applying this Hotfix and Resource updating new computers, the issue was not present.
On another note, workstations that were affected by the issue were fixed by moving to the original domain and re-processing and re-moving with the updated RUM tool.
