Resource Updating will not run and turn into schedule even set it to run immediately -
Description
When performing resource updating to run it immediately, it will become scheduled and will not run on the scheduled time.
Manually start the task will not start either.

Cause
The Service Account for Migration Manager RUM Controller Service is not added to the Delegates. -
Resolution
Make sure the service account for Service Account for Migration Manager RUM Controller Service is part of the Delegates.
To do that:.
1. Go to Project | Delegates
2. Type in the Service Account user name and password and click OK
3. Restart the Migration Manager RUM Controller Service service.
