Description
A newly added domain in Office 365 does not appear in the drop down of available domains when creating a collection. -
Cause
The list of accepted domains has not yet been refreshed from Office 365. -
Resolution
In the connections tab of the DMA console, re-enter the office 365 connection credentials and details of the global admin account. This will query for accepted domains and ultimately refresh the list manually, rather than waiting for the list to update automatically.
