Object fail to match with the following details:
Source object doesn't have matching object on target
Checking on the Target Office 365 the object can be found and the matching attribute is set correctly.
To resolve this:
1. Exclude the user from the Microsoft Directory Synchronization. Make sure the Microsoft Directory Synchronization has been run and the user is updated/deleted.
2. Check on the Target Office 365 and make sure the user object is deleted (check under "Deleted Users"). After that delete the user in the "Deleted User" container. This is to make sure the user object is completely removed.
3. Include the user in the Microsoft Directory Synchronization again. Check and make sure the user object appear in target Office 365 (under the "Active users" container).
4. Perform the object matching again. And the object should be matched successfully now.
