Description
When trying to mIgrate a user and the Add SidHistory option is used, the DSA log contains the following entry and the migration fails.
Error 0xe1100013. Cannot enable Migration Agent on host..Error 0x80004005. Unspecified error

Cause
This is usually caused by Anti Virus Software on the Target Domain Controllers. When the add SidHistory option is used, an agent has to be installed on the Target Domain Controller to write the SID value.
If you look on the Target Domain Controller you can see that the SIdHistory agent is copied to the default location but cannot be leveraged because of Anti Virus restrictions.

Resolution
Configure Anti virus to ignore the agent and the path it uses.
