Description
Rum cannot process a workstation when Data Protection Enterprise Edition is installed on the Computer -
Cause
DPE Encrypts the drive similar to BitLocker and does not allow the Resource Processing to occur. -
Resolution
Contact the DPE team to see if your configuration can be temporarily be decrypted to allow processing.
DPE reps think that in some circumstances a DPE tool called CMGALU may be able to be scripted to accomplish this but is depends on the configuration of the DPE tool.
