Description
When try to perform user matching in the Migration Manager for Active Directory (Microsoft Office 365) console, it is getting an error message: "Matching failed: An error occurred during authentication. Please try signing in again. If the problem persists, contact Support".
The Microsoft Office 365 Connection had been established and all the verification were successful.
