During the upgrade process, the error message below is encountered in the StoragePoint Configuration Wizard:
Timeout error for: Solution upgrade job
This may be due to a SharePoint Cumulative Update not being able to rescind all of the registry keys it created.
Below are the steps on how to remove those registry keys that should be deleted: Once removed, solution deployments should then complete.
If StoragePoint still fails to be upgraded successfully, it may be due to items that failed to retract from when the failure originally occurred. In this case, perform the following:
2. Check the web.config file of the Central Administration application for the presence of Bluethread assembly references such as:
