Resolution
Uninstalling Metalogix Diagnostic Manager:
- Diagnostic Manager is normally installed on a WFE, locate the server which has Diagnostic Manager installed and browse to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features.
- Find Diagnostic Manager in the list of installed applications, select it and then click on Uninstall.
Finally, just wait for the uninstallation process to complete.

A reboot of your server is not required to install or uninstall Diagnostic Manager.
