Description
We get below error when migrating a Site Pages library from source SP 2013 subsite where OneNote2010NotebookFeature enabled to target SPO
Error: Server was unable to process request. ---> Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Cause
OneNote2010NotebookFeature has enabled on the source SP 2013 site might be the potentials cause of this issue -
Resolution
Switch source connection type from MEWS to Database bring version history along with pages.OR alternatively, switch source connection type from MEWS to CSOM and Uncheck version history from List Content options as it migrates pages without versions
