Web Parts are not viewable for Default.aspx pages in the 'Site Pages' library that were originally existed on the root of the source site. (4319856)

When Default.apsx pages that exist on the root of a site are manually copied with SharePoint Designer to the 'Site Pages' Library and then another migrated to another SharePoint Environment the pages seem to copy fine in the logs but the webparts are not visable.

Default.apsx pages that exist on the root of a site have two web part zones, LEFT and RIGHT.

When they are copied using SharePoint Designer to the SitePages library they keep there Left and Right Webpart zones and are set a wiki pages.

Also the copied file is not set as the Out of the box Web part pages available in the 'Site Pages' Library.

Out of the box Web part pages available in the 'Site Pages' Library do not allow for just Left and Right Web part zone so when we migrate to the target environment the will lose this zones and the web parts will not be viewable

Run a custom 'Paste All Site Content' migration from source to target and set a filter for the naming convention of the affected pages and the site pages library along with a transformer to set the pages to HTML File Type to "SharePoint.WebPartPage.Document" to allow only the copy of the affected pages.

Item filter may differ if default is not in the pages name that work originally copied with SharePoint Designer.
