When copying a site to an Office 365 environment, you may receive the following error message:

If you notice within the error details, the program is trying to update the web properties. What Content Matrix is attempting to update is the Associated Group setting for which the migrating account does not have access to. This can be demonstrated by attempting to edit the Group Quick Launch as shown in the screenshot below:
