Groups are not being synchronized. When trying to update group manually, it fails with following error:
"Failed to write changes to database Cannot identify server!"
1. Modify the value for HOMESERVERID in EXCHANGEPAMDISTLIST table in the SQL database:
For On-Prem Exchange change the value to 0
For O365 Exchange you can find the correct value in the table EXCHANGEPAMINFOSTORES
2. Restart services for Metalogix Archive Manager using the Stop Services and Start Services batch files included with the software and listed in the Start Menu group. Alternatively you could restart the archive server.
3. Update the group manually in Address book Manager -> Groups -> Properties -> Advanced tab -> Update now or run The sync with enabled Group Update.
