Mailbox Security Gatherings fail to gather from some servers in a separate AD Forest. Error Message Logged in Task Logs is:

An error occurred for the following mailbox (CN=Username,OU=OUName,DC=domain,DC=local)in trying to add the Security information: The server is not operational. Facility: Win32 ID no: 8007203a Microsoft CDO for Exchange Management

This Can happen if the MessageStats Task Execution Server is unable to communicate with the Global Catalog

1. Install a Task Execution Server in the same forest as the server you are running the Mailbox Security Gathering against.
2. Run the Mailbox Security Gathering From this new task Execution Server
