IIS Log files / OWA / Windows Mobile IIS Log Processor task warnings: "Unable to find a mailbox in the MessageStats database that corresponds with the user account"
E.g. Unable to find a mailbox in the MessageStats database that corresponds with the user account '<domain\useraccount>'.
or
Unable to resolve the user <domain\useraccount> with Device ID <DeviceID> into a known mailbox.
Mailbox Account Properties and Windows Mobile Device gathering have not completed successfully.
1. RIght click on the your Default Gathering and choose Run Now with Override to ensure Mailbox Account Properties subtask completes successfully.
2. Rerun gathering for the IIS Log files / OWA / Windows Mobile task. (The Override option can not be used with this task. If it has already run once today please wait until tomorrow to run it again.
There should no longer be any warnings within the IIS Log Files / OWA / Windows Mobile task.
Note: If you have Exchange 2010 in your environment make sure that the connection server has been changed to a 2010 CAS server.
