Error when viewing reports. "(0): error JS2008: Error saving compiled state: Access to the path c (4280689)

When viewing reports there's an error in the Report List.

(0): error JS2008: Error saving compiled state: Access to the path c:\temp\RES8B7.tmp is denied.

The file name in the above error "RES8B7.tmp" will be a random name with a .tmp extention.

Permissions set on the temp directory specified in the error.

1. Open Windows explorer and browse to the folder specified in the error. in the above error it would be "c:\temp"
2. Right click on the folder and and select properties.
3. Select the Security tab.
4. Click the add button under "Group or user Names"
5. Type "everyone" and click ok
6. Check the allow Full Contorl check box and click Ok

Once the permissions have been changed refresh the web report page.
