OCS/Lync Servers and Users Gathering fails with error: "WMI query select * from MSFT_SIPFederationPartnerTable failed while doing Federated Edge Server discovery: IDispatch error #3600". No Other information is properly gathered from the Pool.

Cause
This can be caused if the Service account is able to authenticate against an edge server, but unable to establish a connection via WMI.

Resolution
WORKAROUND 1:
Use a tool like the Native WBEMTest.exe bundled with Windows to troubleshoot and resolve issues connecting to WMI on this server.
WORKAROUND 2:
Disable the Local Service Account on the Edge Server. If Authentication fails the Servers and Users gathering will gracefully move on to the next server.
