When attempting to connect Messagestats Lotus Notes Report Pack 2.0 to Domino the console looks to hang and never successfully connect.
The Messagestats Application Logs show the following error message:
'Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\lotus\notes\notes.ini'
The Lotus Notes client must be installed "For This User Only" and not for "All Users". Quest do not support the "All Users" installation type.
1) Ensure the supported Notes client is installed using the "For this User Only" setting.
2) Logon to the Notes Client and allow the notes.ini file to initialize
3) Attempt connection to Domino Server from Messagestats Lotus Notes Report Pack node.
