Description
When attempting to integrate with System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) 2007 SP1 OR SCOM 2007 R2 gathering fails with error:
"Can't retrieve the Exchange Management PackID from SCOM the database"
"An error occurred during the processing of a given gathering. The actual details for the error are contained in a previous log entry." -
Cause
SCOM 2007 SP1 and SCOM 2007 R2 are not supported.

STATUS
The Server Availability report in MessageStats relies on data that is gathered from either a MOM (Microsoft Operations Manager) or SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) database. The ability to connect to, gather and report information from a MOM or SCOM database is being deprecated from MessageStats. SCOM 2007 R2 will not be supported in any future versions of MessageStats.
