Resolution
Please confirm the LDAP port number under the Site of the Exchange Server and confirm that the LDAP Properties at the Server level is using the Site Defaults. Please reflect the LDAP port number in the Server Properties in the MessageStats Console.
If the Server level LDAP Properties are not using the Site LDAP Defaults, please reflect the LDAP port number in the Server Properties in the MessageStats Console.
