When trying to create a custom report using the Inventory Reports - Mailboxes or Mailboxes with Disabled Accounts, selecting all fields and filter on Disable =True or False the following error is reported.
Unexpected error while attempting to read from the database.
Invalid column name 'FALSE'.
SELECT COUNT(*) AS [_Count] FROM (SELECT * FROM V_MailboxSizePerUserRecent) [_IntResult] WHERE ([Disabled] = FALSE AND ([Mailbox Email] NOT LIKE NB'%deleted%' OR [Mailbox Email] IS NULL))
(0x80040217)
Or
Unexpected error while attempting to read from the database.
Invalid column name 'TRUE'.
SELECT COUNT(*) AS [_Count] FROM (SELECT * FROM V_MailboxSizePerUserRecent) [_IntResult] WHERE ([Disabled] = TRUE)
(0x80040217)
The data in the tables is stored as the bit 1 or 0, but in the view we convert these values to True and False Boolean value. So when the filter looks for the Boolean "True" or "False" it fails as it is checking a Boolean against a bit value column.
WORKAROUND
None.
