Description
The following error occurs during Public Folder gathering:

An error occurred in trying to enumerate the Public Folders: Unknown system error. (0x80040605)" -
Resolution
If the Public Folder server is Exchange 5.5, confirm that the 'Connect to' Server (the Exchange Server entered when first launching the MessageStats Console) is the main Public Folder Server. Also confirm that the Exchange Server does host Public Folders. If not, please remove the recurrence for Public Folder gatherings under the Processing Tab in Server Properties, in the MessageStats Console.
