Please confirm that Exchange System Manager with the latest service pack is installed on the MessageStats Console system. Make sure that Outlook is not installed and if it is, please uninstall Outlook, Exchange System Manager. Re-install Exchange System Manager reapplying the service pack. Also confirm that the Connect to Server is a Mailbox or Public Folder Server by right clicking the Exchange Organization Name in the MessageStats Console, select Properties and under the Connection Server tab is where you will find the Connect to Server.
