Setting up new tasks for gathering processes and don't see an option for Distribution List Member

I am setting up new tasks for our gathering processes and don't see an option for Distribution List Membership, Organization Info and Connector Info. Where are these options located?

The Distribution List Membership needs to be enabled under the Organization Properties. To do this, right-click the Organization Name, select Properties and then select the Distribution List Membership and confirm that there is a check mark in the box.

As for Organization Info and Connector Info, you can setup a task on the Organization by right-clicking the Organization Name, selecting Create New Task and then select the Exchange Organization Structure Template and follow the steps until finished. You can create another task and select the Exchange Connectors Template.
