Blackberry report pack not showing data after upgrade to BES version 12
Description

Message Stats Blackberry Report Task properties are failing to show information after upgrading the version of the Blackberry Enterprise Server to version 10 or 12.
Cause

BES 10 or 12 is not supported by MStats.
Resolution

BlackBerry devices activity can be gathered by ActiveSync Report Pack if the BES server is using ActiveSync protocol.
There is no need to have the BB report pack installed for connection to BES 10 or 12
You can check if the BB devices are shown in the Report Packs/Exchange Active Sync/Devices/Device Inventory report.
If yes, the activity of the BB device is expected to show in Exchange ActiveSync Email Activity Report.
