Not Seeing the Number of Unread Emails in Mailbox Content - Item Count by Folder Report
Not a column field by default.
a) Setup the Mailbox Content and Attachment gathering task and configure it to gather all the content and/or attachments.
b) Run this task and verify that this has completed successfully.
c) Open the Web Reports and in the left pane select Content Analysis - Mailbox Content - Item Count by Folder
d) Click on Apply Filter
e) After the result is displayed right click on the top column (consisting of folder patch/sub folder/items, etc) and select Insert Field
f) Add Unread Items
