During the Default Gathering process entries that mention the below message are present in the MessageStats logs:

Cause
The root of the problem is actually the gathering of the Active Directory Connector and this is not a problem.
The item is logged as a warning, which means that the rest of the information is gathered without a problem. Even for the given connector. For some reason, the given Connector is missing a piece of information. However, it is not a dire situation as the object has another identifying attribute that can be used. Therefore, this warning can be safely ignored. -
Resolution
As stated in the root cause this error/warning can be ignored. The statement is for information.
