Does MessageStats Blackberry Report Pack support connection to multiple BES Domains?
Messagestats is able to connect to multiple BES domains and report on them. If a new Blackberry Domain is introduced into an Exchange Organization, the user will be able to view and report against both the existing BES domain and the new one independantly.
To connect to a BlackBerry domain
1. In the MessageStats Console, right-clickBlackBerry Domainsin
the treeview and selectConnect.
2. Enter a display name, server, and database name in the Connect to
BlackBerry Domain dialog box.
3. ClickConnect.
A connection to the database is made and the BES servers in thedomain are enumerated. After the enumeration is completed, nodesfor the new domain and all its servers are added to the console.
