How to create a report which displays the list of Inactive Public Folders along with their Owners?

WORKAROUND:

To report on the last modification date of Public folders,

Open MessageStats Web Reports.
Go to Inventory - Public Folders.
Right click on the header and select Insert field.
Add Last content modification date.

Select the filter Last Content Modification Date is NOT null and sort it accordingly.  

STATUS:
An enhancement request has been submitted to Development for consideration in future release of MessageStats.
