'Unable to connect to the database' SQL server does not exist or access is denied' error message when you try to open MessageStats reports from remote client machines.
Verify that the following criteria is met:* The UDL file is used to provide SQL database connections parameters.
* Integrated Windows authentication is set on MessageStats web directory.
* The Web Reports can successfully be opened only from local machine.
* If the authentication is changed to 'Basic authentication' then it works both from local and remote machines.
