Error: "MMC could not create the snap-in" when opening the MessageStats console after an upgrade.
Description

After you finished the upgrade installation process successfully and try to open the MessageStats console, you are prompted the following error:
MMC could not create the snap-in
Cause

This is caused if you upgraded the application using a different service account other than the original installation's service account.
Resolution

1. Using the service account which you used to upgraded the application, please uninstall MessageStats.
2. Log in with the original service account (The one you used to install MessageStats originally).
3. Run the installation again and follow the installer wizard.
Once you complete the installation process, verify again and open the MessageStats console, no error should come up now.
