Unable to install a standalone MessageStats management console on client computer. (4280465)

When installing only the Management Console for MessageStats, on the Service Account Setup page of the Installer after entering the user account used by the MessageStats service you receive a popup dialog box stating that "The System is unable to verify 'Domain\User'. specified Ensure that you have entered the correct domain, user name, and password." and there is no where on the Service Account Setup page of the Installer to enter a password.

Install the SQL-DMO prior to running the MessageStats Installer.
