Create a Filter based on two fields for a custom Report that will display records that have a value for both fields and do not display any records where one or both of the two fields are blank.
Resolution

When Creating your Custom Report on the filter page use these settings for your Criteria replacing FieldA and FieldB with the fields you want to use. FieldA <> "Use a Single Blank Space" Predicate "AND" FieldB <> "Use a Single Blank Space"
