After upgrading MessageStats to version 6.9 you may see the following error in the BlackBerry Gathering log as well as the Windows Application Event Log:
"Quest MessageStats Report Pack for BlackBerry License Status"
"Your Trial license has expired"
"To continue using the product, please purchase a full license"
The database was not updated with the new BlackBerry Report Pack (Version 1.0.4) included with MessageStats 6.9 and/or the BlackBerry Report Pack application was not updated to the latest version.
Run the BlackBerry Report Pack installer located in the MessageStats 6.9 Complete Installation Package under the following path: Platforms\BlackBerry. If you the account you are running the installer with has the necessary rights to update the database, select all of the components to be installed.
If you need to manually update the database, run the SQL script located in the MessageStats 6.9 Complete Installation Package under the following path: SQL\Platforms\BlackBerry. Once the database has been updated manually, run the BlackBerry Report Pack installer and do not install the database portion.
