Which release of MessageStats will have the non-English localized versions as part of the release
Description

In the last few versions of MessageStats there have been localized non-english versions of MessageStats (French, German, Japanese, Korean) but with MessageStats 6.6 there have not been such non-english versions. Which release of MessageStats will have the non-English localized versions as part of the released product?
