Cause
MessageStats service account or the account with which the task is run must be a member of the CSViewOnlyAdministrator group

STATUS
Documentation needs to be amended to reflect the fact that MessageStats service account or the account with which the task is run must be a member of the CSViewOnlyAdministrator group. Enhancement Request item TF00154384 has been raised for this issue to be fixed in the next release of the MessageStats Report Pack for OCS/Lync
WORKAROUND
Ensure that MessageStats service account or the account with which the task is run is a member of the CSViewOnlyAdministrator group
