How to show the size of mailboxes on a specific mailbox store -
Resolution
- Open the Web Reports
- Select Mailboxes | Mailboxes and Quotas | Mailbox Sizes
- Delete 10 from Select Top and click Apply Filters
- Right click Display Name on the blue header bar and select Insert Fields
- Select Primary Mailbox Store and click OK
- Click the first drop down box at the bottom of the page and select Primary Mailbox Store
- Enter the name of the store in the third box and click the blue checkmark
